This morning, after only two days on the market, we signed the contract and entered the 30-day escrow period. Wow. . .God didn't waste any time.
Next step: Figure out where to live as of April 21st. Please be praying.

WOOOOWW! I can't believe how FAST that was! Especially when there are at least 20 homes for sale on our street and the one adjacent to ours that have been on the market since I moved to Florida last June. SERIOUSLY. They've really been sitting on the market that long. And here you are, two days later with contract in hand. Congratulations! That sets my heart at ease. (Not that it was about me, of course, but my human eyes were examining the market over here and hoping, hoping, hoping it wouldn't take that long for you over there.)

It's amazing how fast it sold. The norm around here is much longer.
Guess God needed to show a few of us doubters that it really is His will. (speaking from a purely grandmother perspective)
Do you need a babysitter when you move? I can't be much help packing/carrying boxes with my wrist tendonitis, but I'm sure I can manage to keep Caleb entertained! =D
